针对柳钢1号麦尔兹窑大修过程中存在的问题,如窑壁结块、悬挂缸背部耐火材料烧损以及卸料平台上部料斗开裂,进行分析,并进行了相应的处理,从而很好地解决了窑炉生产运行中存在的问题。

A series of problems found during the overhaul for Liugang's Maerz kiln were analyzed,such as the caking of the kiln block,the burning loss of the refractory in the back of the suspension cylinder and the cause of the failure of the upper hopper of the unloading platform.The corresponding treatment was carried out,and the problems existing in the production and operation of the kiln were solved.
