产城融合视角下浙江省运动休闲小镇创建现状研究

Research on the Establishment of Sports Leisure Town in Zhejiang Province from the Perspective of Integration of Production City

基于产城融合理论,运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法等研究方法,分析浙江省省级运动休闲小镇发展现状。得出:区位条件良好,同质化建设严重;资金投入大,规划落地慢;小镇主题与定位不符,项目内容空洞;产业链条不完善,产业聚集程度低,带动效应不明显;赛事类型多样,层次级别低,缺乏赛事IP;推进机制完善,复合型人力资源匮乏等问题。提出对策:探索PPP模式,引进社会资本,破解小镇投资困境;加快规划项目落地,完善配套设施,营造体育文化氛围;以杭州亚运会为契机,打造赛事IP,发展体育赛事旅游;践行健康中国战略,探索“体医融合”模式,打造体育健康产业链;依托高校,提供智力支持,解决人才匮乏问题。

Based on the theory of integration of production and city,the present situation of the development of sports and leisure towns in Zhejiang province is analyzed by means of literature,interview and field investigation.Draw:Good location conditions,serious construction of homogenization,large capital investment,slow planning landing,small town theme and positioning,empty project content,imperfect industrial chain,low degree of industrial agglomeration,driving effect is not obvious,various types of events,low level,lack of competition IP,perfect promotion mechanism,lack of complex human resources and other problems.Countermeasures:Exploring the PPP mode,introducing social capital,solving the investment dilemma of small town,speeding up the planning project landing,improve supporting facilities,create a sports culture atmosphere,take the Hangzhou Asian Games as an opportunity to create events IP,develop sports events tourism,practice the healthy Chinese strategy,explore the"physical and medical integration"model to create a sports health industry chain,rely on colleges and universities to provide intellectual support to solve the problem of talent shortage.
