公私合作视角下我国冰雪旅游产业发展路径研究

Research on Development Paths of Snow and Ice Tourism Industry in China from Perspective of Public-Private Partnerships

公私合作作为冰雪旅游产业运营可采用的一种模式,对其展开研究具有重要现实意义。采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法从公私合作的视角对我国冰雪旅游产业发展进行了全面审视,首先对我国冰雪旅游产业的合作模式展开分析,然后从政策法规、参与动机和经营绩效三个方面阐释了我国冰雪旅游产业实行公私合作的制约因素,最后针对制约因素提出公私合作下我国冰雪旅游产业发展路径。

Public-private partnerships is a model for the operation of ice and snow tourism industry,it is of great practical significance to study it.The development of snow and ice tourism industry in China is reviewed from the perspective of public-private partnerships by means of logical analysis of literature.Firstly,the cooperative mode of snow and ice tourism industry in China is analyzed.Then it explains the restrictive factors of the implementation of public-private partnerships in China's ice and snow tourism industry from three aspects of policy and regulation participative motivation and operational performance.Finally,the development path of snow and ice tourism industry in China under public-private partnerships is proposed.
