新时代编辑职业素养的现状调查与提升策略研究

Research on the Status Quo and Improving Strategies of the Professional Accomplishment of Editors in the New Era

随着我国政治、经济、文化的不断进步与发展,科学技术进步对人们生活方式及阅读方式产生了重要影响。新的时代对编辑的职业素养提出了更高的要求。论文通过对392份有效问卷的数据整理与分析,提出新时代优秀编辑职业素养提升策略与建设思路,希望对新时代编辑职业素养与职业能力的建构和评价提供有益的借鉴。

With the progress and development of politics,economy and culture in our country,the progress of science and technology has exerted great influence on People’s life style and reading style.The new era puts forward higher requirements for editors’professional accomplishment.And for that,the paper puts forward the strategies and ideas of improving the professional quality of excellent editors in the new era by sorting out and analyzing the data of 392 valid questionnaires,it is hoped to provide useful reference for the construction and evaluation of editors’professional quality and competence in the new era.
