Project Quality Management of High Speed Railway Based on System Coordination

高铁工程质量整体最优除各项工程质量合格外,还应体现在系统的协调一致。从系统功能协调一致、系统全生命周期协调一致、系统组织协调一致3个方面,阐述系统的协调一致具体内容,各部分之间的耦合与支撑关系,以及在高铁工程质量管理中的具体体现;并利用层次分析法建立了全生命周期质量管理的数学模型,筛选各类影响协调一致的主要因素,并分析了各类因素对总体目标的影响。

In addition to acceptable project quality of each subsystem,coordination of all the subsystems is also one of the prerequisites to ensure overall quality of the high speed railways.This paper elaborates specific contents of system coordination from three aspects,namely coordinated system functions,coordinated life cycle of the subsystems and coordinated system organization,as well as their interrelationship and specific cases in HSR project management.A mathematic model is established for life cycle quality management by applying the analytic hierarchy process,to sort out major factors that influence the system coordination,and analyze their impact on the project quality.
