高速铁路技术规章与运营安全关系问卷调查分析

Questionnaire Survey and Analysis on Relationship between Technical Regulations and Operation Safety of High Speed Railways

为了解铁路现场职工的安全意识、对技术规章的认识及意见和建议,设计高速铁路技术规章与运营安全关系调查问卷,在部分站段职工中进行问卷调查。问卷主要考察职工的安全和规章意识、职工违章及对违章的处理情况、规章培训与学习及对技术规章的建议等多个方面,通过对问卷的多维度分析,有助于加深对违章现象的认识和理解,加强和完善技术规章管理及贯彻执行。

A questionnaire about the relationship between the technical regulations and operation safety of the high speed railways was designed,and survey was made on some station and depot employees to evaluate the safety awareness of employees working on railway site and their understanding,opinions and suggestions on technical regulations.The questionnaire mainly focuses on the employee’s safety awareness,acquaintance with safety regulations,violation of regulations and punishment measures.The multi-dimensional analysis will help to have a better understanding of violation behaviors,improve management and enhance implementation of technical regulations.
