摘要
严寒地区高速铁路CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道底座板病害导致的结构伤损将直接影响行车安全和乘坐舒适性,为抑制CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道结构病害的进一步伤损,亟须展开伤损修复病害整治技术研究。对严寒地区CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道底座板粉化、起皮等病害成因详细分析,提出基于丙烯酸柔性砂浆的结构伤损病害整治技术。该技术涵盖具体的病害修复措施、施工工艺、操作流程等内容。病害现场修复结果表明:提出的修复技术方案可行,可为严寒地区CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道的养护维修提供可靠技术支撑。
Structural damage of CRTSⅠslab ballastless track along the high speed railway in severe cold regions will directly impair safety in train operation and comfort in riding.The technical study on damage repair and disease treatment is an urgent need,to keep CTRSⅠslab ballastless track structure from further damage.This paper proposes the treatment technology against structural damage and disease based on acrylicacid flexible mortar by making detailed analysis on disease causes of the base plate of CRTSⅠslab ballastless track in severe cold regions.The technology covers specific disease repair measures,construction technology and operation process.The results of field disease repair indicate that the proposed repair technology scheme is feasible and can provide technical support for maintenance of CRTSⅠslab ballastless track in severe cold regions.
