基于转炉干法除尘系统的烟气温度控制策略 被引量:1

摘要 针对转炉干法除尘系统存在的时滞、非线性、强耦合的特点,该文提出利用输入输出数据建立数学模型并采用模糊自适应PID控制算法进行控制的研究策略。在分析了烟气特性的基础上,以蒸发冷却器的喷水阀门开度作为输入量,蒸发冷却器出口的烟气温度作为输出量建立数学模型,并采用模糊自适应PID控制方法,实现对烟气温度的在线调节。实验结果显示,采用模糊自适应PID控制方法在PID调节效果的基础上减少了系统调节时间,并几乎消除了超调量,优化了控制效果。 Based on the characteristics of the converter dry dedusting system,such as time delay,nonlinearity,strong coupling,and so on,a research strategy was proposed,which used input and output data to establish a mathematical model and uses fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm to control.Based on the analysis of the flue gas characteristics,the opening of the water injection valve of the evaporative cooler was used as the input,and the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the evaporative cooler was regarded as the output.Thus the mathematical model was established,and the fuzzy adaptive PID control method was adopted to realize the on-line regulation of the flue gas temperature.According to the experimental results,the fuzzy adaptive PID control method is used to reduce the system adjustment time based on the PID adjustment effect,and almost eliminate the overshoot and optimize the control effect.
