复合控湿系统在博物馆大型恒湿机组中的应用

摘要 大型恒湿机组是一种能对博物馆展厅中多个展柜内微环境湿度进行集中测量与控制的智能测控系统。该文针对大型恒湿机组在对湿度调控过程中,由于系统中除湿部件工作在不同情况下的特性差异对自身产生扰动、且被控对象滞后性强、非线性严重进而导致调控精度低的问题,该文基于自动控制理论中的不变性原理,提出了一种将模糊控制算法与PID控制算法相结合的复合控制算法,并对其实际调控效果进行实验验证。其中模糊控制器的设计融合实际调试经验,有效为PID控制器实时补偿系统自身产生的扰动,保证PID控制器不受扰动影响,工作在接近理想的情况下。实验结果表明,使用复合控制算法的恒湿机组具有湿度调控精度高、鲁棒性强的特点,在30%~70%的调控范围内误差不超过±3%,能够满足行业标准中对设备控湿精度的要求。 Large constant humidity unit is an intelligent measurement and control system that can centrally measure and control the micro-environment humidity in multiple exhibition cabinets in the museum exhibition hall.In the process of regulating and controlling the humidity of large-scale constant-humidity units,due to the characteristics of the dehumidification components in the system working under different conditions,it disturbs itself,and the controlled object has strong hysteresis and serious nonlinearity,which leads to low control accuracy.Aiming at this problem and in the principle of invariance in control theory,a compound control algorithm combining fuzzy control algorithm and PID control algorithm is proposed,and its actual control effect is experimentally verified.The design of the fuzzy controller incorporates actual debugging experience,which effectively compensates the PID controller for the disturbance generated by the system in real time,ensuring that the PID controller is not affected by the disturbance and works in an ideal situation.The experimental results show that the constant humidity unit using the composite control algorithm has the characteristics of high humidity control accuracy and strong robustness.The error within the control range of 30%to 70%does not exceed±3%,which can meet the requirements of equipment standards for humidity control accuracy.
