摘要
锂电池的状态参数SOP是锂电池管理系统的重要参数之一,对此设计了基于MSP430的锂电池SOP在线监测系统。该系统以16位超低功耗的MSP430F1101为主控制器,采用电池专用芯片DS2438采集锂电池电压/电流信息;通过软件程序的分析与处理得出锂电池的SOP估算值,并由LCD12864实时显示,同时借助串口助手实现上位机的远程监测。系统测试结果表明,该系统可较好地实现预设功能,且功耗低、体积小,运行稳定。
The state parameter SOP of the lithium battery is one of the important parameters of the lithium battery management system.For this,an online monitoring system of the lithium battery SOP based on the MSP430 is designed.The system uses the 16-bit ultra-low power MSP430F1101 as the main controller and uses a battery-specific chip DS2438 to collect lithium battery voltage/current information.Through the analysis and processing of the software program,the estimated value of the SOP of the lithium battery is obtained,which is displayed in real time by the LCD12864,and at the same time,the remote monitoring of the host computer is realized by means of the serial port assistant.The system test results show that the system can achieve the preset function well,and the system has low power consumption,small size and stable operation.
