摘要
根据某在建试验堆临界试验要求,需要对高通量工程试验堆堆临界装置进行仪控系统改造。改造任务涉及棒控系统、掉棒时间测量和外电源失电监督保护等系统。本文对临界装置棒控系统、掉棒时间测量插件和外电源失电监督保护系统从原理进行了分析,并在保证实现试验要求和试验安全的前提下,对临界装置仪控系统进行最小化和最优化的改造。
According to the critical test requirements of a new test reactor under construction,the instrument control system of high flux engineering test reactor critical assembly needs to be reformed.The retrofitting task involves the rod control system,the rod drop time measurement and the external power loss supervision and protection system.This paper analyzes the principle of the critical device’s rod control system,the plug-in for measuring rod drop time and the monitoring and protection system of external power loss,and ensure that under the premise of experiment requirements and safety,to minimize critical assembly instrument control system and the optimization of transformation.
