自动气象站风传感器智能防冻装置研制与应用 被引量:4

摘要 自动气象站风传感器在冬季低温高湿环境下容易发生冻结,导致气象观测数据缺失。利用电加热原理和“220 V交流、12.8 V直流”双电源输入的智能控制电路设计,以云母为导热材质,采用“卡扣”加热环,研制出适用于国家级自动气象观测站和区域自动气象观测站的风传感器智能防冻装置。经过实际应用,该装置能有效防止风传感器的冻结,且结构简单便于维护,无需人为干预,适合在自动气象站日常维护工作中推广使用。 Automatic weather station wind sensor is prone to freezing in winter low temperature and high humidity,resulting in the lack of meteorological observation data.Based on the principle of electric heating and the intelligent control circuit design of“220 V AC,12.8 V DC”dual power input,with mica as heat conducting material and“snap”heating ring,a wind sensor intelligent anti freezing device suitable for national and regional automatic meteorological observation stations is developed.The practical application results show that this device can effectively prevent the freezing of the automatic weather station wind sensor,the structure is simple and easy to maintain,and there is no need for human intervention.It is suitable for promoting the use in the daily maintenance work of automatic weather station.
