Analysis of the Abnormal Pressure of Centrifugal Compressor Primary Vent

针对离心式压缩机组在运行过程中驱动端、非驱动端干气密封一次放空压力异常现象,从机组运行状态、一次放空气路、干气密封组件、润滑油状态进行详细分析后,通过监测平台进行故障诊断,确定其主要因素,最后对机组后期的运行提出可行性建议。

In view of the abnormal phenomenon of dry gas seal primary venting pressure in the driving end and the non-driving end of centrifugal compressor unit during operation,this paper carried out the detail explanation from running status,primary vent,seal gas,lubricant.Meanwhile,with the help of monitoring platform the main factors were confirmed.Finally,feasible suggestions are put forward for the later operating.
