分离式叠合板组合梁受力性能试验与模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 分离式叠合板组合梁受力性能的研究可为新型组合梁的理论分析提供参考依据及借鉴作用。文章通过足尺分离式叠合板组合梁的静力试验,对试验梁的破坏形式、加载点处沿截面高度的纵向应变和跨中截面的挠度变化进行分析,并采用ABAQUS软件模拟分析了分离式叠合板组合梁受力性能的影响因素。结果表明:分离式叠合板组合梁中预制板拼缝的存在,削弱了试件的抗剪承载力,造成试件的剪切破坏,但在远离预制板拼缝处,叠合板的协同工作性能良好;分离式叠合板组合梁的受力性能随后浇层厚度的增加和栓钉间距的减小而提高,施工时的预制底板在钢梁上翼缘的搁置长度宜为40 mm;模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证了数值分析模型的有效性与可行性。 The research on the mechanical behavior of separated composite beam with laminated slab can provide important reference for the further theoretical analysis of this kind of new composite beams.In this paper,static test of full-scale separated composite beam with laminated slab were carried out to analyze the failure mode of the test beam,the longitudinal strain along the cross-section height at the loading point,and the deflection change of mid-span section.The ABAQUS software is used to carry out finite element simulation of the factors affecting the mechanical performance of the separated composite beam with laminated slab.Test results show that the existence of separating-type joints in the separated composite beam with laminated slab weakens the shear capacity of the test specimen,causing shear damage to the specimens,but the interactive work performance can be realized at the location far away from separating-type joints.The mechanical behavior of separated composite beams with laminated slab were improved with the increase of the thickness of post cast slab and the decrease of shear connector spacing;During construction,the overlapping length of the precast slab on the upper flange of the steel beam should be 40 mm.The simulation results agree well with the experimental results,which verifies the validity and feasibility of the numerical analysis model.
