Design and implementation of the production logistics collaboration platform for a compressor enterprise

企业生产物流是企业内部为确保生产需要而产生的物流活动,生产物流运作改善对于保障企业生产、降低物流成本、缩短交付期具有重要作用。文章分析了企业生产物流管理中采购、仓储、生产等环节的现状与需求,改进了企业生产物流管理业务流程;基于数据驱动的理念,应用射频识别RFID、移动互联等技术,设计了生产物流协同平台系统架构与系统功能,构建了生产物流协同平台数据库;并基于B/S结构,使用Java实现了生产物流协同平台。经上线试运行后的效果表明:生产物流协同平台实现了各类数据和信息的线上传递与统一管理,以及移动化、无纸化的现场作业,提高了各部门间的协同效率和作业执行效率。

Enterprise Production logistics is an internal logistics activity of a company to ensure production needs,the improvement of production logistics operation plays an important role in ensuring production,reducing logistics costs,and shortening delivery time.This paper analyzes the actuality and requirements of procurement,warehousing,production and other sections in the production logistics management of the company,improves the business process of production logistics management of the company,and based on the data-driven concept,with the application of RFID,mobile internet and other technologies,designs the production logistics collaboration platform's system architecture and functions,constructs the production logistics collaboration platform database,and based on the B/S structure,implements production logistics collaboration platform using Java.The result of the trial run shows that the production logistics collaboration platform achieves the online transmission and unified management of various types of data and information,performs mobile and paperless field operations,and can improve the collaboration efficiency and execution efficiency among multiple departments.
