仿生胎脂的抗刺激及保湿功效研究

摘要 仿生胎脂是通过模拟婴幼儿胎脂中的脂质构成而形成的一款具有抗刺激和保湿功效的护肤原料。通过拉曼测试脂质在角质层中的分布,评估样品在角质层中的分布规律;通过建立抗表面活性剂刺激模型和抗氨刺激模型,评价样品的抗刺激功效;通过拉曼测试和常规保湿测试,评价样品的保湿功效。结果表明仿生胎脂主要分布在角质层外层,可帮助肌肤抵御外界氨刺激和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)刺激,增加角质层各深度下的含水量,增加肌肤含水量,降低经皮水分散失量。仿生胎脂具有良好的保湿和抗刺激的功效。 Biomimetic vernix is a skin care material with anti-stimulation and moisturizing effect formed by simulating the lipid composition of infant vernix.The distribution of lipids in stratum corneum were detected by Raman test;anti-surfactant stimulation model and anti-ammonia stimulation model were established to evaluate the anti-irritation efficacy of the samples;Raman test and conventional moisturizing test were used to evaluate the moisturizing effect of the sample.The results showed that the biomimetic vernix is mainly distributed in the outer layer of the stratum corneum,which can help the skin to resist external ammonia stimulation and SDS stimulation,increase the water content at each depth of the stratum corneum,increase skin moisture content,and reduce transdermal water loss.Biomimetic vernix has good moisturizing and antiirritant effects.
