高职院校基层教研室建设的困境与出路

Difficulties and Way Out of the Construction in the Teaching and Researching Section of Higher Vocational Colleges

教研室是我国高职院校的基层教学组织,是高职院校治理进程中的逻辑起点和加强内涵建设的桥梁纽带,抓好基层教研室建设“牵一发动全局”。针对当前高职院校基层教研室建设所面临的管理制度的缺失、工作职能的侧偏、机构人员的松散、档案材料的缺漏等困境,探讨高职院校基层教研室建设的出路:抓住制度建设“牛鼻子”;突出教学考核“硬指标”;加强团队建设“着力点”;夯实档案建设“支撑度”,以保证教学质量与人才培养质量的进一步提升。

The teaching and researching section is the basic teaching organization of higher vocational colleges in our country,and it is the logical starting point in the process of higher vocational colleges governance and the bridge link of strengthening the connotation construction,we should do a good job in the construction of teaching and researching section as“lead the hair and move the whole situation”.In view of the difficulties faced by the construction of teaching and researching section of higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of management system,the work function is sideways,the organization personnel is loose,the lack of archival material,and so on.The way out for the construction of teaching and researching section of higher education is discussed as follows:grasp the system construction“bull nose”,highlight the“hard index”of teaching assessment,strengthen the“focal point”of team building,tamp the“supporting degree”of file construction,in order to ensure the further improvement of teaching quality and talent training quality.
