《黄帝内经》两种脉法对针灸临床的指导

Guidance of Two Kinds of Pulse Taking Method Recorded in Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classics for Acupuncture and Moxibustion

在针灸临床实践中,《黄帝内经》主要是运用遍身脉诊法来诊察疾病、指导针灸治疗。其中遍身脉诊法主要包括三部九候脉法和人迎寸口脉法,本研究通过解疑、诊察、治疗3个方面来阐述这两种脉法,详述两种脉法的临床诊疗要点,分析其在针刺补泻操作的异同点,试图还原《黄帝内经》原意,并指导针灸临床实践。

In the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion,the method of systemic pulse diagnosis was mainly used to diagnose and provide guidance for acupuncture treatment in Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classics.The methods of systemic pulse diagnosis mainly include three portions and nine pulse-takings and Renying and Cunkou pulse diagnostic methods.This study explained these two pulse methods,by answering questions,diagnosing and examining diseases and treating methods.The key points of clinical diagnosis of the two pulse methods were detailed in this study,trying to analyze the similarities and differences between the reinforcing and reducing manipulations,attempting to restore the original essence of the lines in Yellow Emperor's Internal Classics,in order to provide guidance for the clinical practice of acupuncture.
