近20年针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎研究进展

Research Advance of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Ulcerative Colitis:An Overview of Past Twenty Years

收集Pubmed、Springer、中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WANFANG)数据库中1998—2018年有关针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的研究文献,检出符合要求的文献共774篇,归纳后临床研究主要分为针刺治疗、艾灸治疗、针刺与艾灸结合治疗、针灸与药物结合治疗以及腧穴特殊治疗5个方面。针灸治疗UC的作用机理主要集中在保护UC结肠黏膜、纠正UC免疫功能失常及缓解炎症、防治UC结肠纤维化、调控UC神经系统及调节UC肠道微生态。针灸可作为一种辅助治疗手段推广于UC的临床应用中,但目前研究存在疗效评价标准不统一、治疗方案不规范、缺乏辨证论治及疾病活动性评估等问题,针灸治疗UC的作用机理研究数量较多、涵盖面较广,但存在研究深度不够、缺少综合性研究等问题,这些问题都有待于在今后的研究中进一步解决。

The literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)were collected from 1998 to 2018 in the databases of Pubmed,Springer,CNKI and WANFANG.A total of 774 literatures that met the inclusion criteria were included.These clinical researches focused on acupuncture treatment,moxibustion treatment,treatment of acupuncture combined with moxibustion,treatment of acupuncture combined with medication and acupoint special treatment.The action mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating UC involves protecting colon mucosa,correcting immune function disorder and relieving inflammation,preventing and treating colonic fibrosis,regulating the nervous system and the intestinal microecology.However there were also some disadvantages such as the ununiform evaluation criteria,nonstandard treatment program,lacking of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and disease activity assessment,insufficient research depth,lack of comprehensive research.These problems need to be solved in the future studies.
