摘要
在一门数学课程的课堂教学中,总会遇到很多的数学概念.学生对数学概念的理解对搭建一门数学课程知识体系非常重要.以概率论与数理统计课程中的相关系数为例,以问题为导向挖掘相关系数概念产生的缘由和过程.并介绍了相关系数在密码学领域的应用,相关系数能够成为度量安全性的一个指标.
There are some mathematical concepts in the teaching of mathematics courses.For the students,it’s important to understand the motivation of bringing up the mathematical concepts and its applications in other fields in order to help them build the knowledge system.In this paper,we take the correlation coefficient in the course of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics as an example and use problems as orientations to analyze the motivation of the concept of correlation coefficient.As an application,we study the correlation coefficient of an encryption scheme in the field of cryptography,which indicates that the correlation coefficient can be an index for security.
