白藜芦醇螺旋藻复合片制作配方优化 被引量:1

摘要 研究辅料用量少的白藜芦醇螺旋藻复合片配方。以白藜芦醇、螺旋藻粉为主要原料,用乳糖、Prosolv SMCC~?、预胶化淀粉作为辅料,通过单因素和正交试验对比分析,得到制片最佳配方,利用粉末直接压片,生产出白藜芦醇螺旋藻复合片。白藜芦醇螺旋藻复合片制片配方为白藜芦醇15%、螺旋藻粉80%、乳糖为2%、Prosolv SMCC~?为1.5%、预胶化淀粉为1.5%,制片压力35 kN。结论:此配方辅料用量少、操作简单,可为白藜芦醇螺旋藻复合片的生产提供参考。 To study the formulation of resveratrol and Spirulina complex tablets with less auxiliary materials. The Resveratrol and Spirulina complex tablets was prepared with the resveratrol and spirulina powder as main raw material, lactose, Prosolv SMCC~? and pregelatinized starch as auxiliary material by direct compression technology. The formula was optimized by single-factor and orthogonal experiment. The best formula and process of complex tablet was resveratrol 15%, spirulina 80%, lactose 2%, Prosolv SMCC~? 1.5% and tableting pressure 35 kN. The optimized formula contained less auxiliary materials content and was easy to operate, which could provide reference for the production of resveratrol and Spirulina complex tablets.
