某院门诊二类精神药品使用分析

Analysis on the Use of Class II Psychotropic Drugs

目的:对我院门诊二类精神药品的使用情况进行分析,为门诊合理用药提供参考。方法:提取门诊药房2018年1~12月二类精神药品处方,采集患者的性别、年龄、药品通用名称、使用方法、联合用药等信息。采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)分析方法,以DDD、用药频度(DDDs)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标进行分析。结果:苯巴比妥片、注射用苯巴比妥钠的DUI大于1.0,用药不合理;阿普唑仑片、酒石酸唑吡坦片以及地西泮片之间存在联合用药情况。结论:我院门诊二类精神药品的使用基本合理,但仍然存在不合理用药的情况,应引起广大医务人员的重视。

Objective: To analyze the use of class Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in our hospital to provide references for rational drug use in outpatient clinics. Methods: The prescriptions of class Ⅱ psychotropic drugs from January to December 2018 were extracted from outpatient pharmacy. The information such as sex,age,general name of drug,drug administration route,and drug combination were collected. A limited daily dose analysis method recommended by WHO was used to analyze the limit daily dose( DDD),drug frequency( DDDs) and drug utilization index( DUI). Results: The DUI of phenobarbital tablets and sodium phenobarbital for injection was above 1. 0,indicating irrational usage. Alprazolam tablet,zolpidem tartrate tablets,and diazepam tablets showed combined utilizations.Conclusion: The use of class Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in this hospital is relatively rational. But irrational drug use also exists,which calls for special attention from medical staff in the hospital.
