摘要
针对目前城市停车难等问题,基于机电一体化技术研究并设计了一种高速梳齿式全自动升降横移塔库。该立体车库由机械部分和电气控制部分组成,机械部分包括钢结构框架、提升系统、泊位系统、泊位托架、回转盘等;电气控制部分包括PLC、变频器、检测开关等。实验结果表明,该立体车库安全可靠,空间利用率比传统标准塔库更高,可广泛应用于医院、繁华商业区等车位紧张且有一定高度限制的区域。
Considering the problems of difficult parking in cities at present,according to the research of mechatronics technology,this paper designs a high-speed comb-tooth fully automatic lifting and traversing tower garage.The stereo garage consists of a mechanical part and an electrical control part,wherein the mechanical part comprises a steel structure frame,a lifting system,a berth system,a berth bracket,a rotary table and the like;and the electrical control part includes PLC,frequency converter,detection switch,etc.Results show that the stereo garage is safe and reliable and has a higher space utilization rate than that of the traditional standard tower garage,and can be widely used in areas with tight parking spaces and certain height restrictions,such as hospitals and busy commercial areas.
