摘要 为不断完善和发展港口码头自动化水平,提高轨道式集装箱起重机的作业效率,对目标检测系统的应用原理进行分析介绍。目标检测系统激光器通过对周围环境进行扫描,采集数据点进行处理判断,对目标物体生成对应坐标点反馈给控制器进行控制,协同完成自动作业任务。通过实际的系统应用,结合软件监控对作业时优缺点进行分析,对故障分类并总结对应处理方法。 To continuously perfect and improve the automatic operation of port terminals and improve the operation efficiency of rail container cranes,this paper analyzed and introduced the application principle of the target detection system.The laser of the target detection system scans the surrounding environment,collects data points,processes and judges them,generates corresponding coordinate points for the target object and feeds them back to the controller for control,so as to cooperatively complete the automatic operation task.According to the actual system application,combined with software monitoring,the advantages and disadvantages of the operation were analyzed,the faults were classified and the corresponding treatment methods were summarized.
