由于模块化制造具有时代的先进性和优越性,越来越多的企业都实行了模块化管理和制造,从最开始的理论概念提出,经过逐步地探索发展和总结经验,到实际的生产应用,已经在轻工制造业和电子制造业形成了比较成熟的模块化制造系统,模块化制造系统是一种在标准化和模块化系统基础上建立的柔性生产系统,是现代制造业发展的要求,是对传统标准化形式的发展;大型机械设备实现模块化制造的关键是将模块化设计和模块化制造有效地结合起来,将大型的零部件通过“大转小”的设计和制造理念进行模块化,再结合实际生产,打造一套变量化工装系统,利用科学的制造工艺和先进的工机具,进行高效率的批量化生产,从而逐步实现模块化制造。

In view of the advanced nature and superiority of modular manufacturing,more and more enterprises have carried out modular management and manufacturing.From the initial theoretical concept,through gradual exploration and development and experience summary,to practical production and application,light industry manufacturing industry and electronic manufacturing industry have formed a relatively mature modular manufacturing system.Modular manufacturing system is a flexible production system established on the basis of standardization and modular system,which is the requirement of the development of modern manufacturing industry and the development of traditional standardized forms;the key to realize modular manufacturing of large-scale mechanical equipment is to effectively combine modular design and modular manufacturing,modularize large-scale components through the design and manufacturing concept of“large-to-small”,and establish a variable chemical installation system based on actual production,and use scientific manufacturing technology and advanced tools to carry out high-efficiency mass production,thus gradually realizing modular manufacturing.
