老年阴道炎患者接受甲硝维参阴道泡腾片和红核洗液联合治疗有效性与复发率分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Recurrence Rate of Vaginal Effervescent Tablets Combined and Honghe Lotion in the Elderly Patients with Vaginitis

目的观察红核洗液联合甲硝维参阴道泡腾片治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法将王顶堤医院于2017年3月—2018年3月间收治的96例老年性阴道炎患者纳入研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(48例)与观察组(48例),对照组给予甲硝维森阴道泡腾片治疗,观察组则行红核洗液联合甲硝维参阴道泡腾片治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果以及复发情况。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为87.50%低于观察组的97.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的复发率为12.50%高于观察组的0.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年性阴道炎患者接受治疗的过程中,采用红核洗液联合甲硝维参阴道泡腾片的临床治疗效果较好,值得在临床治疗中推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Honghe lotion combined with metrovisen vaginal effervescent tablet in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 96 cases of senile vaginitis admitted to the hospital from March, 2017 to March, 2018 were included in this study. According to the method of digital random table, they were divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(48 cases). The control group was treated with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets, and the observation group was treated with Honghe lotion and metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets. The therapeutic effect and recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 87.50% lower than that of the observation group(97.92%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the control group was 12.50% higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of senile vaginitis patients, the clinical effect of Honghe lotion combined with metrovisen vaginal effervescent tablets is better, which is worth promoting in clinical treatment.
