他克莫司治疗重症肌无力患者的效果观察及有效率影响评价

Evaluation of Observation and Effective Rate of Tacrolimus in the Treatment of Patients with Myasthenia Gravis

目的分析他克莫司应用于治疗重症肌无力患者的效果。方法随机选取南阳市第二人民医院神经内科2016年5月—2019年7月收治的60例重症肌无力患者,依据治疗方法的不同分作2组,对照组30例给予糖皮质激素治疗,观察组30例给予他克莫司治疗,对比2组临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组有效率是96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.1923,P<0.05)。结论他克莫司应用于治疗重症肌无力可促使患者临床效果进一步提升,因此值得选用。

Objective To analyze the effect of tacrolimus in the treatment of patients with myasthenia gravis. Methods Randomly selecting 60 patients with myasthenia gravis in the hospital from May, 2016 to July, 2019. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. 30 patients in the control group were treated with glucocorticoid, and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with tacrolimus therapy. Clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% of control group, with significant difference(χ^2=5.1923, P<0.05). Conclusion Tacrolimus is applied to the treatment of myasthenia gravis patients. It can further enhance clinical effect. So it is worth application.
