摘要
目的分析ELL基因在人类前列腺癌组织中的表达情况。方法应用上海芯超前列腺癌芯片HProA150CS01检测ELL基因表达情况,分析其与前列腺癌分级的关系。结果 Gleason评分>7分的组织中的ELL2基因的阳性表达率显著小于其它两种组织,差异具统计学意义(χ^2=39.580;P<0.001);TNM分期为Ⅳ的组织中的ELL2基因的阳性表达率显著小于其它两种组织,差异具统计学意义(χ^2=27.668;P<0.001)。结论 ELL2在人体前列腺癌组织中表达降低,或将在抑制前列腺癌发生发展中发挥作用。
Objective To analyze the expression of ELL gene in human prostate cancer. Methods The expression of ELL gene was detected by HProA150 CS01, and the relationship between ELL gene expression and prostate cancer grade was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of ELL2 gene in the tissues with Gleason score>7 was significantly lower than that in the other two tissues(χ^2=39.580;P<0.001);TNM staging for Ⅳ organization ELL2 gene positive expression rate was significantly less than in the other two groups, with statistically significant difference(χ^2= 27.668;P<0.001). Conclusion Low expression of ELL2 in human prostate cancer may play a role in inhibiting the development of prostate cancer.
