肾上腺肿瘤患者围手术期护理中采取加速康复外科理念的可行性及有效性

Feasibility and Effectiveness of Accelerating Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Nursing of Adrenal Tumor Patients

目的观察加速康复外科护理理念应用于肾上腺肿瘤患者围术期的应用效果和护理价值。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月河南省人民医院收治的肾上腺肿瘤切除手术患者100例,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规护理方式,实验组采取加速康复外科护理模式,对比术后两组患者的相关指标以及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果实验组中术后切口恢复时间、自理能力评分以及住院时间明显优于对照组,实验组患者的护理满意度为98%,明显高于对照组的84%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科方式用在肾上腺肿瘤切除术手术中安全、可靠、有效,能够缩短康复时间,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the application effect and nursing value of the nursing concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of adrenal tumor patients. Methods 100 patients with adrenalectomy in the hospital from September, 2018 to September, 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. The control group adopted routine nursing mode, and the experimental group adopted accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing mode. Relevant indicators of the two groups and patients satisfaction with nursing services were compared. Results The recovery time of incision, the score of self-care ability and the time of hospitalization in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery is safe, reliable and effective in adrenalectomy. It can shorten the rehabilitation time and improve the quality of life of patients.
