摘要
低速水动力试验装置的控制系统要求调速范围宽、负载特性好、反应速度快。设计了低速水动力试验装置控制系统的控制方案,基于台达DVP系列PLC和B系列变频器研制了试验装置的变频控制系统,并基于台达组态软件对控制系统的监控软件进行了设计,实现了可靠的实验参数调节和高精度的流速控制。
Tine low-speed hydrodynamic test device requires the control system is of wide speed range,good load characteristics and fast response speed.The control scheme of the control system of the low-speed hydrodynamic test device is designed.The frequency conversion control system of the test device is developed based on the delta DVP series PLC and B series frequency converter.The monitoring software of the control system is designed based on the delta configuration software,which realizes the reliable adjustment of experimental parameters and the high-precision flow control.
