VBA的WinCC画面对象批量创建工具在水泥生产及余热发电主系统PCS7升级改造中的应用

论述VBA的WinCC画面对象批量创建工具在某水泥厂PCS7升级改造中的应用,包括各个运行画面整体拉宽,设备放大,由原来运行系统的5:4方屏的画面调整为适用于16:9宽屏的运行画面,保证画面不变形,间隙比例与原始画面一致;由于WebUX不支持增强型IO域(PCS7)等对象,需要通过VBA工具对画面对象进行批量修改,将对象调整为普通IO域。

This paper mainly discusses the application of VBA-based WinCC screen object batch creation tool in cement PCS7 upgrade and transformation,including the overall widening of each running screen,equipment amplification,from the original operating system 4:3 square screen screen adjustment for the 16:9 widescree n operation screen,to ensure that the picture does not deform,The gap ratio is con sistent with the original picture,and because WebUX does not support objects such as enhanced IO domain(PCS7),it is necessary to modify the screen object in bulk through VBA tools to adjust the object to normal IO domain.
