摘要
针对某公司工业过滤器接管法兰组对焊接存在的耗时费力问题,提出了一种基于视觉系统的管法兰组对方法。该方法能够快速实现接管和法兰的精确组对,可在法兰加工行业进行应用推广。
In order to reduce the manpower and times cost of in dustrial fitter production,a pipe-fLange assembling method based on industrial vision system is proposed.The method can be marketed in flange processing industry because that it can assemble the pipe and flange quickly and accurately.
