Problems and countermeasures in the use of burner in GOE project

GOE Beni Suef 6×6000 t/d熟料水泥生产线多通道燃烧器在调试和试生产阶段存在一些问题:窑头燃烧器点火器没有火花;重油升温过程中,燃烧器头部下方滴油;分解炉燃烧器重油流量变化反馈跟踪不上;燃料由重油转为煤粉煅烧后,熟料fCaO高。以上问题的处理获得的经验是:燃烧器是煅烧系统非常重要的设备,与窑的产量和质量息息相关,并且关系到窑系统的热耗及窑的安全运行。多通道燃烧器能适应多种燃料的煅烧,加强对燃烧器控制系统重要部位的检查维护尤为重要。不同燃料和物料的变化,燃烧器调整方法也有所不同,注意观察火焰变化和窑皮的变化,合理有效地调整燃烧器。

GOE Beni Suef 6×6000 t/d clinker cement production line multi-channel burners have some problems during debugging and trial production:There is no spark in the kiln burner igniter;During the heating of heavy oil,oil drips under the burner head;The feedback of heavy oil flow change of decomposer burner cannot be tracked;After the fuel is converted from heavy oil to coal fines and calcined,the clinker f-CaO is high.The experience gained in dealing with the above problems is as follows:Burner is a very important equipment for calcining system,which is closely related to the output and quality of the kiln,as well as the heat consumption of the kiln system and the safe operation of the kiln.Multi-channel burners can be used for calcining various fuels.It is particularly important to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of important parts of the burner control system.Different fuel and materials change,the burner adjustment method is also different,pay attention to observe the flame change and the kiln skin change,adjust the burner reasonably and effectively.
