丹连消痤散对痤疮模型兔耳芳香族化合物受体和细胞色素p4501A的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Danlian Xiaocuo Powder(丹连消痤散)on Aromatic Compound Receptor and Cytochrome p4501A in Rabbits with Ear Acne

摘要 目的:通过丹连消痤散对兔耳痤疮模型芳香族化合物受体(AhR)和细胞色素p4501A(CYP1A1)的实验研究,探讨丹连消痤散治疗痤疮的作用机理。方法:采用随机数字表法将48只兔分为正常组、模型组、阳性药对照组和丹连消痤散低、中、高剂量组,每组8只。除正常组外,kligman法建立兔耳痤疮模型,造模成功后各组给予外用相应药物,每日1次,连续14 d。采用ELISA法测定兔耳AhR和CYP1A1含量。结果:与正常组比较,各造模组兔耳组织AhR表达水平明显增高,有极显著性差异(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各给药组兔耳AhR表达明显降低(P<0.01);丹连消痤散中剂量组降低AhR含量明显(P<0.05),但与阳性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与正常组比较,各造模组CYP1A1表达升高,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);各造模组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹连消痤散通过降低AhR含量起到治疗痤疮的作用。 Objective:To explore the mechanism of Danlian Xiaocuo Powder in treating acne by observing the effects of Danlian Xiaocuo Powder on aromatic compound receptors(AhR)and cytochrome p4501A(CYP1A1)in rabbits with ear acne.Methods:Forty-eight 12-week-old male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into normal group,model group,positive drug control group and low,medium and high dose Danlian Xiaocuo Powder group with 8 rabbits in each group.In addition to the normal group,models with ear acne was established by Kligman method.After successful modeling,each group was given corresponding drug for external use once a day for 14 days consecutively.After administration,ear samples were collected and the contents of AhR and CYP1A1 were determined by ELISA.Results:Compared with the normal group,the AhR level in the other groups were raised significantly(P<0.01),the AhR level in three dose group of Danlian Xiaocuo Powder was decreased significantly(P<0.01),effect of middle dose group was the most significant,but there was no significant difference between middle dose group and positive group(P>0.05).Compared with the normal group,the CYP1A1 level in the other groups were raised significantly(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between model group and each medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Danlian Xiaocuo Powder can treat acne by reducing the content of AhR.
