当前,公共数字文化工程融合创新发展的推进使得文旅融合成为公共数字文化服务领域的热点话题之一,由此而推出的公共文旅云平台也随之成为了重要的文旅服务线上平台。文章采用网络调查法对"湖南公共文旅云"平台进行调查,阐述其供给现状,指出平台服务供给存在的问题并提出相关建议,以期为公共文旅云平台加强服务建设、满足公众文旅需求提供可行的建议,从而进一步引发对公共文旅云平台服务供给的深度思考。

With the promotion of integrated and innovative development of public digital culture project,culture and tourism integration has become one of the hot topics in the field of public digital culture services,and the public culture and tourism cloud platform launched thereby has also become an important online platform of culture and tourism services.The paper uses the network survey method to investigate the“Hunan Public Culture and Tourism Cloud”platform,expounds its supply status,points out the problems existing in platform service supply,and puts forward relevant suggestions,so as to provide feasible suggestions for enhancing the service construction of the public culture and tourism cloud platform and meeting the needs of public in culture and tourism services,thus triggering deep thinking on the service supply of public culture and tourism cloud platform.
