运用中文版的UWES量表和短版本土心理资本量表对285名江西省地方高校教师进行调查,通过描述性分析、相关及回归分析等实证统计方法,探讨地方高校教师心理资本与工作投入的关系。

The Chinese version of the UWES scale and the short version of the Soil psychological capital scale were used to investigate 285 local university in Jiangxi Province.Through descriptive analysis,correlation and regression analysis and other empirical statistical methods,to explore the relationship between the psychological capital of local university teachers and job involvement.
