摘要
目的了解新冠肺炎定点医院终末消毒效果和病毒污染情况,探讨医疗机构终末消毒评估方法。方法对某定点医院隔离病区终末消毒前后空气和物体表面进行采样检测,评估消毒效果;采集检测ICU和CT室环境核酸样品,评估病毒污染情况。结果经终末消毒后的该医院病房空气和物体表面的自然菌杀灭率≥90.00%的样品占比分别为10.00%和20.62%;但比照III类环境标准限值,消毒前后空气细菌总数合格率均为100.00%,物体表面合格率均>90.00%;消毒前后该医院环境物体表面病毒核酸全部为阴性。结论自然菌杀灭率≥90.00%可能不适用于医疗机构终末消毒处置的评价。
Objective To understand the effect of terminal disinfection and virus contamination in the designated hospitals for COVID-19,and to discuss the evaluation methods of terminal disinfection in medical institutions.Methods The air and surface of objects before and after terminal disinfection in an isolated ward of a designated hospital were sampled and detected to evaluate the disinfection effect;the nucleic acid samples of ICU and CT rooms were collected and tested to assess virus contamination.Results The proportion of samples with natural bacteria killing rate≥90.00%of air and objects surface is 10.00%and 20.62%respectively.Compared with the standard value of Class III environment,the qualified rate of the total number of air bacteria before and after disinfection is 100.00%,and the qualified rate of the surface of the objects is all over 90.00%;All the viral nucleic acid on the surface of environmental objects in the hospital were negative before and after disinfection.Conclusion Natural bacteria killing rate≥90.00%may not be suitable for the evaluation of terminal disinfection treatment in medical institutions.
