深圳市二级以上医疗机构发热门诊现状分析

Analysis on the current status of fever clinics in Shenzhen secondary and above medical institutions

目的了解深圳市发热门诊的现状,为医疗机构医院感染防控提供有效指导。方法采用问卷调查的方法对深圳市二级及以上医疗机构进行调查,选择有发热门诊的医疗机构进行分析。结果7.8%的医疗机构发热门诊没有做到设置在医院相对独立区域,指引标识醒目清楚,9.8%的发热门诊不能做到有三区,且各区间有物理隔断。发热门诊内部设置中,66.7%无检验室,58.8%无放射检查室,51.0%无药房。13.7%的发热门诊不能做到有良好的自然通风和强制通风设施,且气流方向从清洁侧流向污染侧。结论深圳市发热门诊医院感染控制工作开展良好,但在发热门诊的设置及管理等方面有待进一步改善,以减少医院感染的发生,保障医患人员健康。

Objective To investigate the current status of fever clinics in Shenzhen,and to provide effective guidance for prevention and control of nosocomial infection in medical institutions.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the secondary and above medical institutions in Shenzhen,and the medical institutions with fever clinics were selected for analysis.Results 7.8%of the fever clinics in medical institutions weren't set up in relatively independent areas of the hospital with clear and visible guide signs.9.8%of fever clinics haven't three zones with physical partition between zones.In the internal settings of fever clinics,66.7%had no laboratory,58.8%had no radiological examination room,and 51.0%had no pharmacy.13.7%of fever clinics did not have good natural ventilation and forced ventilation facilities,and the airflow direction was from the clean side to the contaminated side.Conclusion The work of controlling nosocomial infection in fever clinics of Shenzhen has been carried out well,but the settings and management of fever clinics need to be further improved to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and protect the health of doctors and patients.
