深化科技体制机制改革,建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研深度融合的科技政策体系对河南经济社会发展意义重大。改革开放以来,尤其是党的十八大以来,为了推动科技进步,河南在各个时期一直都在努力推进科技体制改革,并取得了长足进步,科技体制的主体框架已基本确立,深化科技体制改革的事业取得了新进展和新成绩。今后,河南省仍需继续推进科技体制改革进程。

Deepening the reform of the scientific and technological system and establishing an enterprise-dominated,market-oriented,and in-depth integration Industry-University-Research Collaboration technology innovation sys⁃tem are great significance to economic of Henan and social development.Since the reform and opening up,especially since the 18th National Congress of the Party,Henan has been striving to promote the reform of the scientific and technological system in various periods for promoting the progress of science and technology,which has made great progress.The main framework of the scientific and technological system has been basically completed,and the cause of deepening the reform of the scientific and technological system has also continuously made new progress and new achievements.Henan Province still needs to continue the process of reforming the scientific and technological system in the future.
