摘要
钢丝绳隔振器是一种常用的被动隔振装置,本文通过开展准静态、振动、冲击等试验获得完整的曲线数据,探究钢丝绳隔振器三向动态特性。准静态试验和冲击试验结果表明,变形速率的大小与钢丝绳减振器的能量耗散有直接关系,准静态压缩时,速率较低,对能耗的大小基本无影响,冲击时,速率较高,对能耗的大小有直接影响。振动试验结果表明,钢丝绳隔振器的动刚度会随着激振频率的增加而减小,当激振频率与固有频率相等时,动刚度最小。
Wire rope vibration isolator is a commonly used passive vibration isolation device,this paper explored the three-way dynamic characteristics of wire rope vibration isolators by carrying out quasi-static,vibration,shock and other experiments to obtain complete curve data.The results of the quasi-static test and the impact test show that the magnitude of the deformation rate is directly related to the energy dissipation of the wire rope vibration isolator,when quasi-static compression,the rate is low,and it has basically no effect on the size of energy consumption,and when it is impacted,the rate is high,which has a direct impact on the size of energy consumption.The vibration test results show that the dynamic stiffness of the wire rope vibration isolator will decrease with the increase of the excitation fre⁃quency,when the excitation frequency is equal to the natural frequency,the dynamic stiffness is minimum.
