基于PLC的M7130平面磨床电气控制系统设计

The Design of M7130 Electrical Control System of Surface Grinding Machine Based on PLC

本文基于PLC对M7130平面磨床的电气控制系统进行设计。结果表明:通过PLC控制,使原M7130平面磨床控制大大简化,出现故障便于检查、维修。同时,节省了大量的继电器元件,节约成本。PLC技术还可推广应用于其他机械辅助设备或领域控制中。

In this paper,the electric control system of M7130 surface grinder was designed based on PLC.The results show that the control of the original M7130 surface grinder is greatly simplified by PLC control,and the failure is easy to check and maintain.At the same time,it saves a lot of relay elements and costs.PLC technology can also be applied to other mechanical auxiliary equipment or field control.
