摘要
有限元分析可以对企业产品设计做出快速响应,有效节省昂贵的现场试验费用,缩短产品开发周期,提前产品上市时间。本文归纳了网格单元类型、合格评价指标以及选用原则,针对不同的分析类型选出最佳网格单元类型,避免重复无效的冗余周期。实践案例表明,合理选择网格类型,可以有效缩短求解周期。
Finite element analysis can quickly respond to enterprise product design,effectively save expensive field test costs,shorten product development cycles,and advance time to market.This paper summarized the grid cell types,qualified evaluation indicators and selection principles,and selected the best grid cell type for different analy⁃sis types to avoid repeated redundant cycles.Practical cases show that a reasonable choice of grid type can effectively shorten the solution cycle.
