行星滚柱丝杠在电子机械制动系统中的应用研究

摘要 相比汽车的液压制动,电子机械制动系统因具有更快的反应速度、更高的可靠性能等诸多优点,成为一项具有研究价值的新型制动方案。当前,许多电子机械制动系统研究主要针对执行机构基于滚珠丝杠的制动方案。本文分析了应用滚柱丝杠的电子机械制动系统,指出了应用滚柱丝杠方案的优点和缺点,以期促进滚柱丝杠在电子机械制动系统中的应用与发展。 Compared with the hydraulic braking of automobiles,electromechanical braking systems have become a new type of braking solution with research value because of their advantages such as faster response speed and higher reliability.At present,many electromechanical brake systems are mainly focused on the ball screw-based braking scheme of the actuator.This paper analyzed the electromechanical brake system using roller screws,and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of applying roller screw programs,in order to promote the application and develop⁃ment of roller screws in electromechanical brake systems.
