摘要
煤矿井下大断面硐室在锚网喷支护后进行二次混凝土衬砌施工,但对于水泵房、主运输通道等断面较大、跨度较长的硐室,如果采用传统的混凝土衬砌方式,就需要搭建脚手架和作业平台,操作复杂且工期较长,而使用钢模台车施工作业方便,混凝土衬砌结构牢固。本文介绍了大断面硐室混凝土衬砌常规施工方案,并且阐述了钢模台车浇筑、衬砌施工技术,旨在营造安全的井下作业环境。
The large-scale chamber in the underground of the coal mine is constructed with secondary concrete lin⁃ing after being supported by bolting and meshing,however,for the chambers with large cross-sections and long spans,such as pump houses and main transportation passages,if the traditional concrete lining method is adopted,it is necessary to build scaffolding and working platforms,which are complicated to operate and have long construction periods,the use of steel mold trolley construction is convenient,and the concrete lining structure is firm.This paper introduced the conventional construction plan of large-section concrete lining of chamber,and explained the con⁃struction technology of steel mould trolley pouring and lining,aiming to create a safe underground working environ⁃ment.
