摘要
目的:了解吉林省某市基层医疗机构2013-2017年人员流出情况,为促进基层医疗机构人才队伍的稳定发展提供参考。方法:利用描述分析、t检验和χ2检验对卫生人员流出情况进行分析。结果:基层医疗机构流出人员中女性是男性的1.21倍;45岁以下年龄组人员流出严重,占流出总人数的77.18%;大专及以上学历共计流出159人,占比66.0%;初级(师级)及以下职称共计流出196人,占比81.3%;医疗和护理岗位是人员流出的主体,共计流出156人,占比64.7%。结论:基层医疗机构人员流出情况较为严重,需要加强对基层卫生人才的吸引,完善基层医疗机构的管理制度,引进人才并留住人才。
Objective:To understand the personnel outflow from grassroots medical institutions in a city in Jilin province in 2013-2017,so as to provide reference for promoting the stable development of the talent team in the grassroots medical institution.Methods:Descriptive analysis,t-test and Chi-square test were used to analyze the outflow of health workers.Results:In the personnel outflow of grassroots medical institutions,women were 1.21 times as many as men.The outflow of people under 45 years old was serious,accounting for 77.18%of the total outflow.There were 159 outflow of people with college degree or above,accounting for 66.0%of the total outflow.There were 196 outflow of people with junior(division level)or lower professional titles,accounting for 81.3%of the total.Medical and nursing posts were the main body of outflow,with 156 people outflow,accounting for 64.7%.Conclusion:The outflow of medical personnel is very serious,so it is necessary to strengthen the attraction of health talents at the grassroots level,improve the management system of medical institutions at the grassroots level,so that talents can be introduced and retained.
