河南省三级医疗机构卫生资源现状分析

Analysis of Current Situation of Health Resources in Tertiary Medical Institutions in Henan Province

目的:分析河南省各地市三级医疗机构卫生资源的分布现状,为优化三级医疗机构卫生资源配置,促进分级诊疗政策的实施提供理论支持。方法:构建泰森多边形分析各地市三级医疗机构服务范围,采用描述性统计分析和秩和比法分析河南省18个地市的三级医疗机构卫生人员和床位配置情况。结果:2018年河南省各地市卫生资源指标间差异较大,各卫生资源指标变异系数均超过70%。全省三级医疗机构卫生资源配置情况分成4档,周口、商丘处于1档(少),信阳、许昌、驻马店、南阳、漯河、鹤壁处于2档(相对较少),安阳、焦作、平顶山、济源、开封、三门峡、濮阳处于3档(相对较多),新乡、洛阳和郑州处于4档(多)。结论:河南省三级医疗机构卫生资源配置水平逐年提高,但总量仍不足,且各地市间卫生资源配置存在明显的差异,郑州、洛阳及新乡的人均卫生资源拥有量较高,周口、商丘的人均卫生资源拥有量较低。

Objective:To analyze the current distribution situation of health resources in tertiary medical institutions in various cities in Henan province,and to provide theoretical support for optimizing the allocation of health resources in tertiary medical institutions and promoting the implementation of hierarchical medical policy.Methods:Constructing Tyson polygon analysis of service scope of tertiary medical institutions in various cities.The descriptive statistics and rank-ratio method were used to analyze the staff and bed configuration of tertiary medical institutions in 18 cities in Henan province.Results:In 2018,the indicators of health resources varied widely among cities in Henan province,and the coefficient of variation of health resources indicators exceeded 70%.The province's health resources allocation situation was divided into four files.Zhoukou and Shangqiu were in the first gear(less).Xinyang,Xuchang,Zhumadian,Nanyang,Luohe,Hebi were in the second gear(relatively less).Anyang,Jiaozuo,Pingdingshan,Jiyuan,Kaifeng,Sanmenxia and Liyang were in the third gear(relatively more).Xinxiang,Luoyang and Zhengzhou were in fourth gear(more).Conclusion:The level of health resource allocation of tertiary medical institutions in Henan province has been increasing year by year,but the total amount is still insufficient,and there are obvious differences in the allocation of health resources between cities.Zhengzhou,Luoyang and Xinxiang have higher per capita health resources,while Zhoukou and Shangqiu have lower per capita health resources.
