面向技管双强的信息安全专业及课程体系研究 ——以北京信息科技大学信息安全专业为例

Study on information security major and curriculum system base on technology and management——Taking information security major of BISTU as an example

文章首先对"没有网络安全,就没有国家安全"理念的国防背景、技术渊源和网络安全概念进行了演义,完善了网络空间进行了定义.其次,结合北京信息科技大学的特点,以学生为中心,以成果为导向,反向设计了培养目标和毕业要求.同时,提出了面向"技管双强"的信息安全专业的课程体系,构建了两条主线"技术+管理"和一条干线(编程能力不断线)的课程体系,并向社会输出"实基础、精专业、强实战、重创新、懂管理""技管双强"的高素质网络空间安全专门人才.最后,通过毕业要求达成情况评价机制,验证了面向"技管双强"的信息安全专业及课程体系的有效性.

First of all,it is introduced that the concept of"no network security,no national security"has a profound national defense background,technical origin and concept evolution.The definition of cyberspace is improved.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of our school,students-centered,and results oriented,we reversely design the training objectives and graduation requirements of information security major.This paper puts forward the curriculum system of information security major based on the double strength of technology and management.The curriculum system constructs two main lines of technology+management and one trunk line(continuous line of programming ability).It can train highquality cyberspace security talents.Finally,the effectiveness of the information security specialty and curriculum system is verified by the evaluation of the achievement of graduation requirements.
