Discussion on the Contributing Factors of Technology Transfer from the Technology transaction Financed by 14.6 Million of an Invention Patent

技术转移是中国技术市场的重要组成部分,是科技成果转移转化的重要形式,也是我国经济社会发展一支重要的推动力量.但很多企业对技术转移并不了解或不认同,科技中介机构在技术转移收费方面也面临诸多问题[1].本论文分析的案例,自2014年对接完成技术交易,一直跟踪服务到2019年,出让技术的专家和受让企业得到了政府几百万专项扶持资金,开拓了山东、新疆、山西等区域的客户,有了较好的发展;科技中介公司虽然并未在起初收取技术交易费用,但在五年的跟踪服务中,企业需求链不断展开,自动形成科技中介机构的一个服务辐射源,科技中介机构被动形成企业的一个需求满足辐射源;这样不断放大的企业需求,同时不断放大科技中介机构的服务客户群体和服务价值,获得了较大收益.通过分析这种技术交易服务方式,一是可对企业发展尤其软实力的提升提供一种思路,二是对科技中介服务机构提供可借鉴的技术转移赢利的一种服务方式.

Technology transfer is an important part of China technology market,an important form of transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and an important driving force for China's economic and social development.However,many enterprises do not understand or identify with technology transfer,and technology intermediaries are also facing many problems in technology transfer fees.For the case analyzed in this paper,the technology transaction was completed in 2014 and the service was followed until 2019.The experts and transferee enterprises transferred the technology received millions of special support funds from the government,and attracted customers in Shandong,Xingjian,Shanxi and other regions,and developed very well.Although the technology intermediary company did not charge the technology transaction fee at the beginning,but in the five-year tracking service,the demand of new enterprise continues to expand,automatically forming a service radiation source of the technology intermediary organization,while the technology intermediary organization passively forms a demand to meet the radiation source of the enterprise.In this way,the increasing demand of enterprises,as well as the increasing customer groups and service values of scientific intermediary achieved great benefits.Through the analysis of this technology trading service mode,the first target is to provide a way of thinking for the development of enterprises,especially the promotion of soft power,the other is to provide a service mode of technology transfer profit for the technology intermediary service organizations.
