互联网+背景下民办高校会计应用能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Application Ability for Accounting Personnel in Private Colleges under the Background of Internet+

2019年2月,教育部发展规划司在《支持应用型本科高校发展有关工作情况》中提出,高校的招生计划必须和产业发展的急需人才相匹配,在人才培养中,推动高校招生计划向产业发展急需人才倾斜,提高应用型、技术技能型和复合型人才培养比重,同时改善应用型本科高校实验实训实习环境,建设实验实训实习平台和基地。因此,鼓励各应用型高校和行业企业建设产教融合的实验实训实习设施,加强校企合作。会计行业中,广泛使用电子发票、开发和使用智能财务软件、建立财务共享中心等,使会计行业出现和其他行业、其他领域协同发展的新局面,现代企业的财务工作内容、模式和应用场景也发生了巨大变革。从而新的培养标准和更高的能力要求在民办高校会计人才的培养中逐步凸显。文章从学生和企业两个维度入手,对现代企业的财务工作内容的变化、现代企业对会计人才的需求状况、学生就业面临问题状况等内容进行研究。

In February of 2019,the Development Planning Department of the Ministry of Education proposed in the Related Work on Supporting the Development of Applied Undergraduate Universities that college admission plans must match the urgently needed talents for industrial development,and in the cultivation of talents,college enrollment plan should incline to urgently needed talents and increase the proportion of application--oriented,technical skill--oriented and compound talents training.Meanwhile,the experimental training environment should be improved and the experimental training platform and base has to be built in application-oriented universities.Therefore,the application--oriented universities and industrial enterprises are encouraged to build experimental and practical facilities for the integration of production and education,and to strengthen cooperation between universities and enterprises.In the accounting industry,the wide use of electronic invoices and intelligent financial softwares and the establishment of financial sharing centers bring about a new situation in the accounting industry and other industries.The moderm enterprise's financial work content,the pattern and the application scene also had the tremendous change.Therefore,new training standards and higher ability requirements are gradually highlighted in the cultivation of accounting talents in private universities.Starting from the two dimensiong of students and enterprises,this paper studies the changes of the financial work content of modern enterprises,the demand of accounting talents in modern enterprises,and the problem of student employment.
