增权理论视角下的民族村寨旅游扶贫研究--以“中国美丽休闲乡村”中廖村为例

Research on Tourisim Poverty Alleviation of Zhongliao Village based on the Empowerment Theory——A Case Study of the Zhongliao Village among"Beautiful Vacational Villages of China"

本文以三亚中廖村为例,旅游增权理论为支撑,通过文献研究法、问卷调查法等对中廖村村民的旅游扶贫现状和增权现状进行研究。主要从以下几个方面进行具体分析:首先,在充分了解中廖村旅游发展概况和村民旅游扶贫保障的情况下,运用旅游增权理论,明确村民增权对当地旅游扶贫的重要作用。其次,采用问卷调查法,从经济、政治、社会以及心理四个方面对村民的旅游增权现状进行实地调查,分析中廖村旅游增权存在的问题。最后,依据中廖村旅游扶贫发展中存在的问题,结合黎族村寨的实际情况,从村民、组织、社区三个不同层面,提出相应的旅游增权建议,促进中廖村旅游扶贫发展。

In this paper,a case study is conducted in the village of Zhongliao village, Sanya,supported by the theory of tourism empowerment to research the present status of residents ’poverty alleviation and empowerment through literature research method and questionnaire investigation.This study analyzes mainly from the following aspects: firstly, in a full understanding about the tourism development and poverty alleviation tourism in Zhongliao village, referencing tourism empowerment theory to point out that giving rights and power to Zhongliao village residents play an importance role in tourism poverty alleviation.Secondly, in this study, investigate about Zhongliao village residents ’tourism empowerment in the process of tourism poverty alleviation to analyze the problems in Tourism empowerment of Zhongliao village draw support from the economic,political,social and psychological.Finally,based on the actual development situation of poverty alleviation,combined with the poor right of residents, put forward the corresponding development countermeasures of tourism poverty alleviation from three different levels of individual, organization and community.
